At The Catholic Company, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of faith-inspired goods. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return most items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal or contact our customer service team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and documentation are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label or create your own, and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
